Status Update

Things seem to be going pretty well. Target expressed great interest in playing!

Due South wants to sell BBQ at our games!

Now, if only we could schedule a field! I won't know the date of the event until next Wednesday, only a few weeks early.

Kickball for a Cause

The purpose of Kickin' Cancer is to raise money for Montgomery County Relay for Life, a well-known charity that fights cancer. The secondary purpose is to have a great time in friendly competition against local businesses and other interested groups.

So far, I have about 15 interested employees of Best Buy eager to kick some cancer-ball!

I have a pretty good idea of the venue, but I need to find more interested participants. If you are in the New River Valley and have ten or more people with a single 50-buck entry fee, please contact me! christinecous at gmail.com
